About Cabarete Real Estate

Cabarete Real Estate was founded in 2003 and has been helping buyers from North America and Europe find their place on the Dominican Republic’s North Coast ever since. We are one of the most established real estate agencies in Cabarete — built on relationships, not transactions.

In February 2020, Julia Rocher and Marcel Glaser took ownership of the company, bringing with them over 20 years of combined experience in the Dominican Republic real estate market. Together they have continued the tradition the company was built on: clear titles, transparent pricing, and genuine care for every client.

We speak English, French, Spanish, German, and Dutch — because our clients come from everywhere, and we believe everyone deserves to be understood in their own language.
